Participation
According to the regulations of Polish Fencing Association,
The right to participate in tournament have all the fencers age in seniors and juniors category from Poland and abroad.
Application
According to the regulations of Polish Fencing Association
Foreign athlets should register via page www.warsaw-cup.com by e-mail info@warsaw-cup.com at least 48 hours before the tournament starts.
Confirmation of entries: 45 minutes before the start of the competition, valid health check confirmation needed
Entry fee
Participation fee for foreign fencers is 15 EUR
Weapon and equipment control
Control of weapons and equipment will be carried on board before the fight.
Judging
According to the regulations of Polish Fencing Association
According to the rules of the Polish Fencing Association the clubs declaring for the tournament more than 5 fencers are obliged to delegate to the Technical Committee one licensed judge.
Accomodation
• For period 15-16 December 2017 the organizer recommends accommodation on special conditions in the nearest hotels: Best Western Portos ***, Athos** and Aramis *
• To get the special offer you must make a reservation until 15 November 2017 with a password of “SZERMIERZE WARSZAWIANKA” (SHERMERZE VARSHAVIANKA).
• Booking made after 15 November 2017 year will be carried out under on similar conditions only for available rooms.

Parking
Due to the expected large number of tournament participants we propose you to use designated parking lots.
Catering
During the tournament organizer provides catering.
Wi-Fi
During the event, free of charge access to the network will be available. The password can be obtained from the organizer.

Please be familiar with a Warszawianka Sport Club hall based on Piaseczyńska 71 street in Warsaw.
